Satyam Dwivedi is one of India's leading commercial litigators and dispute resolution specialists. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of DC Law Offices, a full-service law firm with offices in New Delhi and Mumbai.
His practice focuses on high-stakes complex contractual disputes, commercial litigation, and domestic and international arbitrations. Satyam regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT), and international arbitration forums including SIAC, LCIA, JAMS, and ICC.
